Lexus LF-LC Concept live photos, 2012 Detroit Auto Show

The Lexus LF-LC is a rarity among modern auto show concepts: it's an actual concept. It's not intended to directly preview any production model, and it's certainly not a thinly-veiled production-ready car. It's also pretty daring in its details. And it's a hybrid.

Beyond that, there's not a lot to know about the LF-LC. It's a two-door coupe, it looks sporty, and the combination of that look with a hybrid drivetrain might presage a legitimate entry into the sport-hybrid arena from Lexus, at least as an idea. But really, who cares if it does anything? It's an actual concept.
