Lexus has consistently rated at the top of studies for vehicle quality over the past several years, which is not surprising considering that one of the marque’s main slogans is “The Pursuit of Perfection”. Here’s an inside look at Lexus’ Kyushu plant in Japan where the upcoming 2011 Lexus CT 200h is being built, showing all the intricacies that go into ensuring the cars are built to 'perfection'.

Virtually every element of production is looked at, from the air that flows through the factory to the individual torque on each bolt installed on the car.
