Honda’s NSX has long been known as the “forgotten supercar”, mainly because its cutting edge aluminium construction caused it to be extremely expensive and the V6 engine never produced enough power to make it truly fast. Honda tasked its F1 driver at the time of development, the legendary Ayrton Senna, to help develop the handling of the NSX. Build quality on the NSX was far and above anything offered by Ferrari and its thought that it single-handedly forced them to upgrade their production methods. Check out this video of him taking it for a test drive in front of enthusiastic members of the Japanese press.
