Ford Motor Company’s [NYSE:F] new F-150 Raptor is now only months away from hitting showrooms and orders can already be placed.

There’s still a lot to learn about the new performance pickup truck, but slowly details are emerging.

Today we learned that the starting price for a 2017 F-150 Raptor SuperCab will be $49,520. Opt for the larger SuperCrew body and the starting price will be $52,505. Both figures include a $1,195 destination charge.

The information comes from a pdf found on Ford's fleet website, which was obtained by Autoblog. The pdf also revealed the pricing for various packages to be offered including a Technology Package ($1,950) and a Luxury Package ($9,345), as well as pricing for individual options such as Pro trailer backup assist ($395), remote start ($195), LED cargo bed lights ($125) and power-sliding rear glass ($450).

The new starting price represents about a $5,000 premium on the previous Raptor, which was last sold for the 2014 model year. Of course the new Raptor is loaded with plenty of advanced features including aluminum construction, sophisticated chassis systems, custom BFGoodrich KO2 tires, a 10-speed automatic, and a twin-turbocharged V-6 whose output, estimated to be about 450 horsepower, should be higher than the output of the previous model’s V-8.
