Examples of the 1,480-horsepower Chiron hypercar are being delivered to Bugatti dealerships around the globe.

We recently brought you photos of a silver example delivered to a dealership in Munich.

Recently, a navy blue example was delivered to a dealership in Monaco. This time, though, there were plenty of people on hand to record the event.

One was YouTube user WorldSupercars whose video is posted above.  We get to hear the engine cold started and then purr away as the car is slowly maneuvered into the dealership. A second video, from YouTube user PRonTheRoad, shows the event from a different angle.

You’ll immediately notice that the sound is much more brutal than in the Veyron. Bugatti tells us that one of the key aims in the development was to make the Chiron more of a “beast” than the Veyron but still maintain a high level of quality and refinement.

While both Bugatti hypercars feature a quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W-16, the Chiron benefits from a new titanium exhaust system, carbon fiber induction system and revised internals. We think you’ll agree that Bugatti achieved its aim as the Chiron definitely sounds like an absolute beast.

Bugatti plans to build 500 Chirons in total, including additional bodystyles and special editions. Around a third of the allocation is already accounted for, despite the staggering starting price of 2.4 million euros ($2.7 million).
