At the time of writing, we’re now into the final hours of this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans race. You can get a feel for what it’s like driving around the 8.5-mile Circuit de la Sarthe where the race is held thanks to this interactive video.

The video provides a 360-degree view of a lap at Le Mans, which incidentally was done using a Nissan GT-R. Note, it only works with the YouTube App on iOS or Android mobile devices or using the Chrome browser on a computer.

Unfortunately there’s no other traffic on the track but you get a good sense of the long straights as well as the tricky areas such as the Mulsanne corner and the Porsche Curves.
