Infiniti’s Formula One-inspired Q50 Eau Rouge concept car has been revealed ahead of its debut at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show later this month. Exterior wise, the concept shares only its doors and roof with the regular Q50. Hopefully the drivetrain has been worked over too.

Michael Schumacher turns 45 today, but sadly the seven-time F1 world champion remains in an induced coma. Numerous fans have showed up to hold a silent vigil at the French hospital where their hero is being treated.

You’ve already seen it set a 7:08.679 Nürburgring lap time, but now watch the 2015 Nissan GT-R NISMO on its home turf, this time lapping Japan’s Sodegaura Forest Raceway. The car goes on sale this spring.

You'll find all of this and more in today's car news headlines from around the High Gear Media network, right here at Motor Authority.
