The 2014 Aston Martin Vanquish now has a Volante, or convertible, variant. It's every bit as beautiful as the hardtop, if not more so, with the added benefits of an ultra-exclusive drop-top.

The Tesla Model S will get battery swapping soon, with a special demonstration of the procedure to take place at Tesla's design studio in California this evening.

Nissan's 2015 GT-R NISMO may see even more upgrades and more power, with more than 570 horsepower rumored, a significant increase from the current (and already generous) 545 horses.

You'll find all of this and more in today's car news headlines from around the High Gear Media network, right here at Motor Authority.
