Porsche formally announced revised specifications for the upcoming 918 Spyder hybrid supercar. Total output now comes in at 887 horsepower and 940 pound-feet of torque. While it weighs in at nearly 3,800 pounds, it does feature all-wheel drive which its rivals lack. Porsche is saying it'll lap the Nürburgring in under 7:14, and possibly even under 7 flat.

Mercedes-Benz revealed the all-new 2014 S Class luxury sedan. The automaker is looking to raise the bar for the entire industry with this vehicle, which features more technology and luxury than its predecessor. The new S550 model will arrive in the U.S. this September, with the 4Matic and S63 AMG variants coming later in November.

Mercedes-Benz also showed off its current implementation of Google's Services at Google's I/O event, along with what it plans to release in the future. While Mercedes' current Drive Kit Plus uses some of Google's Services, an update that will bring a new Digital DriveStyle display to all models is due in the near future.
