Audi's quattro Experience is an interactive installation that lets you control a slot car through an iPad--with the aim of giving you something of the feel for Audi's motorsports legacy.

In this video, entitled "Painting Coconuts," you'll see how David Beattie, a slot car track maker from Slot Mods USA, giving the behind the scenes of how the Audi quattro Experience came together. Along the way, you'll see some absolutely stunning modeling work, and a whole lot of slot car action--and even an easter egg of a jab at BMW.
