Infiniti has announced a wholesale renaming of its entire lineup, built around the letter Q. Why? We're not sure, to be honest, but we can look forward to the first of the renamed cars at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show--the Q50, aka the next-gen G sedan.
Cadillac's 2014 ELR extended-range electric luxury coupe will get its official production debut at the 2013 Detroit show as well, and though we only have a teaser image so far, it looks quite close to the concept first unveiled in 2009.
