Hungry for another slammed, two-tone, big-wheeled Veloster? Then buy your tickets for SEMA now, as there will be a bunch of those present. Among, the ARK Veloster "Alpine" Concept.

Wearing a host of aerodynamics bits from ARK, including a carbon fiber "Rally Wing," custom fenders, bumpers, side skirts, and hood, the Alpine Concept is also a bit more suited to high-speed duty than a stock Veloster.

Under the hood lies the familiar turbo four of the Veloster Turbo, but tuned up to 232 horsepower and 240 pound-feet of torque by BTRcc. It's also fitted with an upgraded oil cooler from ARK, some engine dress-up bits, and an air intake from K&N. Suspension upgrades include an ARK Performance DTP coilover system, ARK big brake kit, Rays Gramlight 57Xtreme wheels, and more.

Inside, the interior gets a custom treatment from JPM Coachworks, including custom seats, headliner, steering wheel, shift knob, and
instrument panel.

So what makes this concept an Alpine edition? It's all of the stuff they've stuck to the outside, like a snowbard, boots, bindings, Yakima rack, and mudflaps. So it's a punchy hatchback with an upgraded suspension intended to take you to the slopes...except it's still just front-wheel drive.

Hope the roads are nice and clear up there.

ARK is also bringing a track-inspired Genesis Coupe to SEMA this year. Follow the link for our full SEMA 2012 coverage.
