The idea of a convertible crossover isn't new--and it isn't even originally Range Rover's, but with the appearance of the Evoque Convertible Concept, it looks like it should have been.

Combining the topless look with crossover utility in a way the Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet couldn't, the Evoque Convertible is sleek, sporty, and appears to have been designed for drop-top action from the ground up. Awkward angles are nowhere to be seen, no matter what you may think of the genre as a whole.
