Follow Nelson

The Holden-built, Commodore-based Chevrolet Caprice Police Patrol Vehicle (PPV) will be hitting the streets in search of lawbreakers soon, and this video shows the car in testing by U.S. agencies at Firebird International Raceway in Phoenix.
