We've been bouncing all around Los Angeles and Hollywood this afternoon and evening to get the latest on GM's fresh batch of show wares, and the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible was among them. We've already seen the car, and we know most of its key stats, but the live shots give a feel for what the car will really look like on the street.

The long and short of it: it's a Camaro with a soft top. The soft top takes up some of the already limited real estate in the trunk. It's pretty much exactly what you'd expect, and almost nothing you wouldn't. If you're a fan of the Camaro that's a good thing.

In the background you'll notice the new Chevy Cruze Eco, and we'll be bringing you the details on our first brief drive of the car, along with live photos from the event, in short order.

I sat in a 2010 sunroof equipped hardtop Camaro and at 6'0" my head was rubbing the headliner-was very surprised about the lack of headroom for someone my size. The convertible would take care of that for sure. Looks good, but it's a Chevy-no thank you.
