The fury of the V-12 completely unleashed, the howl of the tires as they're tortured by the forces of car on pavement, the lightning-quick gearbox blipping through the gears: this is the Ferrari 599 GTO on track at Mugello.

Driven by Ferrari test driver Dario Benuzzi, the 599 GTO shows its stuff in this pair of videos. In the first video we get a look at the car from the outside, moving quick but completely composed. To truly get a sense of the speed and grace of the 599 GTO, though, you have to watch the second video, which goes inside the cockpit with Benuzzi.
