The 2010 American Le Mans Series is about to get underway with its season opener at Sebring on March 20, and BMW is gearing up for the challenge. In this video, BMW drivers, engineers and racing honchos talk about the new 2010 Rahal Letterman Racing BMW M3 GT, the team, and their hopes for the season.

BMW's 2010 M3 GT is a new version of the E92 M3 Coupe racer that marked the company's return to ALMS racing in 2009. Look for more previews of the BMW team ahead of the race next week.

For those that don't know, the ALMS is America's premier endurance racing league, and though it is anchored around the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans with its classing and race format, it has its own classic and honored venues as well--and Sebring is one of them. I like BMW M3 GT is joy racing like Euro-NASCAR. it is good model and higher spoilers it is real muscle cars. if you will learn regular BMW M3 is high performance have muscle car. I know Mercedes Benz AMG is part muscle cars ( C-Class and E-Class). it is real transition to road BMW M3, M5 and M6 become muscle cars and Mercedes Benz AMG C-Class and E-Class become muscle cars since late 1950's 1960's 1970's NASCAR cars had transition to Chevrolet SS, Ford GT , Dodge R/T and Plymouth GTX had muscle cars. I know Richard Petty have lot of experience works non-NASCAR muscle cars sell to people. I know many American muscle cars have secret transition to German muscle cars will could race like old NASCAR models than new plastric/metal NASCAR models.
