The Kia Forte was introduced to the American public for the 2010 model year as a replacement for the 2009 Kia Spectra. The Forte, from its initial introduction, has impressed reviews and consumers alike with its progressive coupe-like roofline and well appointed and layout out interior cabin. This definitely isn’t the type of entry-level Kia the market was used to seeing and to do one better you can pick one up for a starting price of $13,695 before the destination fee.

No matter what model you choose, the Forte line-up is aimed to please with a mpg rating of 25/34 city/hwy and a peppy 2.0-liter four-cylinder 156 horsepower engine. There is also a green economy option that boost the mpg 2 miles per gallon, both city and highway.

The 2010 Kia Forte is a great choice for the soon to be high school graduate looking to go off to college or the current college student that needs to upgrade their mode of transportation without spending an absolute fortune.
