Remember Stephanie Pratt?* She's the younger sister of Spencer Pratt who was arrested in LA after partying slightly too hard a couple of weeks ago? Blonde celebutante famous for nothing other than showing up occasionally on The Hills? Ring a bell?

Anyway, Stephanie posted bail, headed home, and hoped to have the case dismissed.  Alas, her .08 and .09 scores on the po-po's breathalyzer that night/morning mean that Stephanie's got a hot court date on her dance card.

So while she's waiting for all the booze and dust to settle, Stephanie has apparently found a new ride -- and we think that Schwinn's a keeper. It's lean, it's green, and it's MUCH harder to maneuver after five rounds of caipirinhas. You'll have to trust us on that.

*No big deal if you don't. By this time next year, the rest of world will have forgotten her, too. We hope.
