The beefy Dodge Challenger gets an even brawnier look from Classic Design's fender flare kit

Ford's flotilla of concepts,
seemingly dozens of
Dodges will be
making the SEMA show this year as well. Its muscle-car stance a ready platform for
modification, the Challenger is first among them, and the Classic Design Concepts Group 2 widebody kit will certainly catch its share of attention even among the crowd.
Starting with a black Challenger SRT8, the team at Classic Design Concepts (CDC) added a Vortec supercharger that bumps output by about 32% to 560hp (418kW), an adjustable KW coil-over suspension, Pypes Performance cat-back exhaust system and a Baer big brake kit.
To make the widebody effect the rear fenders are flared, offering extra room for wheels - measuring a huge 20x10" up front, and 20x11.5" out back. The grille is replaced with a stainless mesh wire unit, aerodynamic canards are added up front, custom CDC sequential tail lights at the back, and finishing off the exterior mods is a custom shaker-style hood.
Joining the all-black monster will be a mostly-white version with different wheels. Both cars will be on display this week at the 2008 SEMA show in Las Vegas.
