New Infiniti Coupe will be almost exactly like concept

In an interview with Wards Auto, Nissan Design director Shiro Nakamura confirmed that the upcoming Infiniti G35/37 coupe will be very similar to the concept car shown last year, with the small exception of the pointed nose. He claims that Infiniti’s designs tend to be more rounded, and that “I think pointed is not our intention”.

In the interview he also stated Nissan would not follow Honda’s example of opening a new design studio for the US market and that all Infiniti models will continue to be designed in Japan.

It doesn't matter whether Nissan makes this coupe as a G35 or G37, it'll still be one of the hottest cars of next year.
