For anyone crazy enough to think the regular
Range Rover Sport is lacking in the performance department, German tuner Hamann offers a series of power upgrades and styling kits for both the 4.4L V8 and 2.7L V6
Diesel models. Customers can also opt to have the interior fully refitted as well as a set of optional 23in alloy wheels.
Some ECU mods, a new turbo set-up and free-flow exhaust system sees the V8 engine develop 475hp (349kW) at 5,740rpm and 610Nm (450lb-ft) of torque at 3,500rpm. The diesel V6, meanwhile, outputs 225hp (165kW) at a 4,000rpm and a very healthy 510Nm (376lb-ft) of torque at a low 1,900rpm. Stopping power comes from 380mm ventilated brake disks with chunky eight-piston calipers in the front connected with braided brake lines.
Both models come available with a dramatic widebody kit consisting of a new front bumper with integrated daytime running lights and fog lights, plus flared wheel arches and a matching rear spoiler. Up top, the tuners have also added a small roof mounted spoiler.
