With crossover sales up 52% from last year, Ford is hoping to push the boundaries by showing off no less than nine new crossovers in modified form at this year’s SEMA show in Las Vegas. The Blue Oval will also be showing off cars based on its smaller vehicles, such as the 2008 Focus (//www.motorauthority.com/blog/1026087_new-focus-to-highlight-fords-sema-range however big Fords have always been the crowd pleasers. Ford Edge by MRT-Direct

Lowered so much it could be doing the limbo, this serious-looking machine sports a unique body kit, custom hood and black chrome exterior trim. It’s powered by a turbocharged 3.5L V6 Duratec engine with a Turbonetics intercooler and an MRT Aero turbine performance exhaust. H&R Street performance suspension keeps it bouncing along over the mega 22in Boss Motorsports rims wrapped in Dunlop tires. Sparco Modena sport seats and Stewart Warner gauges bring the interior to life with an ARC audio system to blast you away if the performance already hasn’t.

Lincoln MKX by Barry’s Speed Shop

Sitting in this you’ll be unmissable as you drive down the street showing off your 3DCarbon body kit with custom grille, trim, blacked out taillights and SRRC wheels. If you haven’t already caught people’s attention, the bass kicked out from the 12in tube subwoofer combined with the Blaupunkt premium audio system should get some looks your way.

Make-A-Wish 1951 F-Series (main picture)

To fulfill the wish of a young cancer patient the Make-A-Wish Foundation helped Justin Lilley restore his grandfather’s 1951 Ford pickup. Now powered by a supercharged 4.6 litre V8, the old gal has been revamped from the ground up, sitting on a Fat Man tube chassis and featuring suicide doors. The interior is fitted with a custom dash, console, racing seats and an Alpine sound system with custom speaker boxes.

FMS Escape

ATS Design has taken the Ford escape and customized the body to give it a buff look. It sits 2in closer to the ground using Eibach suspension and rolls on 20in Estorils by TSW Wheels. The howling sound of the V6 is heard much clearer through a Gibson performance exhaust to entertain the driver, while passengers enjoy the INVISON Industries Revolution 2 DVD screens mounted in the headrests.

Ford F-150 by K Daddyz Kustoms

For those who wish to get a little closer to heaven this F-150 will certainly help you get there. Raised 17in above its standard version, this monster will hurl forward at any speed thanks to its 5.4L V8 and ProCharger supercharger.

Ford F-150 by ATS Design

Powered by a 5.4L Triton V8 this tasty treat moves along on 22in KMC Lorenzo wheels wrapped in Pirelli rubber. With a Katzkin leather interior, you’ll find yourself hard-pressed to leave, especially once you play your favorite DVD and enjoy it through the monitors the Sony monitors and sound system.

F-150 FX-2 Sport

With an awesome paint job this truck will definitely turn heads. The pure white paint is contrasted with black stripes that run all the way from the hood down to the tailgate. The vehicle is also fitted with a supercharger, custom exhaust and a lowering kit.

Urban Rider Expedition

With a face like a baby dinosaur this crossover is not very mainstream. 3DCarbon has taken the Expedition and given it the Michael Jackson treatment to differentiate it from normal. A nice set of polished NC-forged, six-spoke aluminum wheels give it some shine.

Traveling in style and with every bit of entertainment you could ever need, this Navigator provides satellite TV and internet as well as the ability to watch movies and play games. Sitting on the Katzkin leather interior getting bored won’t ever be an issue. Step outside and you’ll notice 26in aluminum wheels with polished black spokes.
