Mercedes-Benz’s SLK is due to receive a mid-cycle update soon, and included in the update will be a new name. That new name will be SLC, a name we haven’t seen used since the SLC coupe built between 1971 and 1981.

Shelby American has unveiled a 50th anniversary edition of its continuation series Daytona Coupe. For the first time, the continuation model will be offered with an aluminum body built to the exact measurements and standards of the six original cars.

The Ford Motor Company [NYSE:F] has confirmed that the new Lincoln Continental arriving in showrooms next year will be built at the Flat Rock Assembly Plant in Michigan. The current MKS that the Continental will replace is sourced from a plant in Chicago.
