2013 Mazda MX-5 Miata (Japanese spec)

An updated 2013 Mazda MX-5 Miata has just gone on sale in Japan and should be landing in the U.S. by the end of the year. The first images and details for the car have hit the Web but we’re still waiting on the U.S. announcement.

Though it isn’t set for a sales debut until sometime next year, Fiat’s 500 crossover, a vehicle already dubbed the 500X, has made a surprise appearance in Italy. Fortunately, there were plenty of people with cameras present so we now know what it looks like.

We also have new spy shots of the next-generation 2013 MINI Cooper S, and we have some sad news about German sports car manufacturer Artega, which has officially filed for bankruptcy.
