British sports carmaker Farbio has officially announced the start of production for its new GTS supercar, which already has a long list of orders from customers in the U.K., U.S., Scandinavia and Thailand.

The car is available in both naturally aspirated and supercharged versions and features a full carbon fiber body, space frame chassis and a flat underfloor with an integrated rear diffuser. The final curb weight is just 1,066 kilograms for the supercharged car and 1,048 kilograms for the atmo model.

The mid-engine supercar develops 262 horsepower in normally aspirated form and has a 0–60 mph acceleration time of 4.8 seconds. The Rotrex supercharged version develops up to 384 horsepower and has a claimed acceleration time for the 0-60 mph dash of just 3.9 seconds.

Brakes are AP Racing with four-pot calipers with 350-millimeter vented discs in the front and 328-millimeter units up back. Suspension is fully adjustable dampers with Eibach coil-over springs and the base wheels measure in at 18in. Inside, there’s Sparco racing buckets and a touch-screen interface for the satnav, climate control and stereo system.
