Bugatti's new supercar to succeed the Veyron will be called the Chiron, and it will make its official debut at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show next March. However, this won't be the first time that the car is being shown to people outside of Bugatti because the Chiron has already been presented to potential customers. In fact, Bugatti says it already has more than 100 orders for the car, which is believed to cost around 2.2 million euros (approximately $2.4 million) and have a planned production run of 500 units all up.
Bugatti has now released a new teaser shot to tide things over during the holiday season. It reveals the profile and confirms that the general shape will be similar to the one we saw on Bugatti's Vision Gran Turismo concept car unveiled at the 2015 Frankfurt Auto Show back in September. We already have a good idea as to what the Chiron will look like, however, thanks to a handful of barely disguised prototypes spotted testing in the wild.

We also know that the Chiron will pack an uprated version of the Veyron’s quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W-16, likely with direct fuel injection, cylinder deactivation and electric-aided turbos. It’s possible Bugatti will offer two levels of performance this time around, though. Former Volkswagen Group CEO Martin Winterkorn hinted earlier in the year that an expected hybrid system on the new car will be reserved for a high-performance variant, with the standard model to be powered exclusively by an internal combustion engine.
