You might not be able to swap this V-8 into your car to make it into a mean drift missile or rocket it to 60 mph in sub-three-seconds, but you could strap it to a bicycle or put it in an RC car for some ridiculous fun. Why? Because it’s a tiny nitromethane-powered V-8.

Hand-built by what appear to be a gang of rowdy, bare-footed Aussies, there are no specs on this engine as to horsepower and torque, but judging by the sound, it’s a feisty little powerhouse.

The work put into making the quad-carved little V-8 sing is amazing, too. From the valve covers to the pulleys to the block itself, it’s a truly impressive bit of craft.
