Chinese electric car startup NextEV this week launched the new brand Nio whose first model is a 1,342-horsepower supercar that’s shaping up to be one of the fastest cars ever produced. According to NextEV, the car, dubbed the EP9, clocked a blistering 7:05.12 Nürburgring lap time, which is bettered by only the Lamborghini Aventador SuperVeloce and the Porsche 918 Spyder.
