Featuring the GearOn accessory system, this model is loaded out with equipment that neatly packages together via the GearOn mounts, which can also attach to the bars across the rear of the truck, allowing the bed to stay available for cargo.

Among the extras features added via the GearOn catalog: a “bars package,” divider package, and cargo tie-down rings.  Other available accessories in the GearOn range include mounts for everything from bikes to skis to kayaks, a work-truck-style rack, elevated luggage racks, a bed-mounted tent, and more.

Also added to the GearOn Special Edition: an easy-lift and lower tailgate; off-road assist steps; body color grille; front fog lamps; remote start; rear window defogger; gloss-black 18-inch aluminum wheels; and black front and rear bowtie emblems.

The Colorado GearOn Special Edition goes on sale this spring, and will be offered on LT-trim models with extended or crew cabs, long or short beds, and optional four-wheel drive. It starts from $31,250.
