This week Volvo revealed a new coupe concept that previews the styling of its next generation of vehicles. During a presentation held at the concept’s unveiling, Volvo also showed a few teaser photos of its 2015 XC90. The redesigned SUV hits showrooms late next year and so far looks to have an aggressive, high-tech appearance.

Bulleta RF22

Bulleta RF22

The RF22 is America’s latest sports car, although the mid-engine speedster isn’t completely American as it is based on the bones of a Lotus Evora. The car is the creation of Californian startup Bulleta and develops as much as 505 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque from a supercharged 3.5-liter V-6.

2014 Porsche 911 Turbo S first drive, Bilster-Berg, August 2013

This week we were able to test drive the latest 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo and its sportier Turbo S variant. But are they worth the money? You’ll have to read the review for that. We won’t spoil it for you but let’s just say the new 911 Turbo dishes up supercar performance together with the civility of any other 911, apart from the GT2 of course.

Here’s a first look at BMW’s replacement for the M3 Convertible, the new M4 Convertible. The car’s styling has been previewed by the Concept M4 and it should be on sale sometime next year. Look for a straight-six engine with a pair of turbochargers attached. Peak output should lie somewhere between 400 and 450 horsepower.

2014 Cadillac CTS Vsport

Cadillac’s new 2014 CTS Vsport, powered by a twin-turbocharged V-6, is already quicker around Germany’s Nürburgring than the V-8-powered, first-generation CTS-V, so we wonder what the eventual V version of the latest CTS will muster. Considering the 2014 CTS Vsport needs just 8:14.10 to achieve the feat, we’re guessing the new CTS-V’s time will fall somewhere close to the 8 minute mark.

Pictured above is Richard Ferlazzo, the new design chief of General Motors’ Australian subsidiary Holden. He’s standing next to arguably his most stunning creation,  2006’s Efijy concept. Some of his more recent projects were the designs of the VE and VF Commodores, sold in the U.S. as the Pontiac G8 and Chevrolet SS, respectively, and right now we bet he is in the early stages of designing a next-generation Commodore.

It may not look like much but pictured here is a test mule for the 2016 Jaguar XF, the next generation of Jaguar’s mid-size luxury sedan. On initial glance it looks just like the test mules we saw for Jaguar’s upcoming 3-Series rival, the XS, but this mule is actually longer and wider. We expect the new XF to launch in early 2016.

A Nissan GT-R finished in a unique gold paint was delivered to a man in Melbourne, Australia after he won bidding on the car in a charity auction held late last year. The car is one of only two Bolt Gold GT-Rs; it is a replica of the original gifted to Usain Bolt and cost its owner $187,100.
