2015 Porsche Macan Turbo spy shots

Porsche’s new Macan crossover is set for its debut at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show at the end of the year but shortly after we should see the debut of its high-performance variant, the Macan Turbo, which we recently spotted testing in Europe.

This time the vehicle was wearing the least camouflage gear yet, allowing us to see its unique design elements such as the ‘C-Blade’ air intake, which Porsche has said will be a feature on its future models.

This is probably the best photo of the upcoming Macan Turbo. It shows that Porsche is keen to further differentiate its performance models from the regular line. Prototypes of a regular Macan testing alongside this Macan Turbo aren’t wearing the new C-Blades and get normal round exhaust pipes instead of the square units fitted on Porsche’s ‘Turbo’ range.

As much as we love the Gallardo, we’re ready to see some new metal but, as this photo shows, the new Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse is certainly no disappointment.

Ford will enter the Dakar Rally next year with a brand new rally machine based on its Ranger pickup, currently offered overseas. It’s a shame the Blue Oval isn’t using its awesome F-150 SVT Raptor but at least this Ranger rally machine is packing a 5.0-liter V-8 sourced from a Mustang GT.
