The entire automotive world is waiting anxiously for the debut of the McLaren P12, the F1-succeeding flagship supercar rumored to have an 800-horsepower version of McLaren's 3.8-liter V-8.

Supercar buyers aren't necessarily a patient lot, though.

We could definitely see some antsy buyers wanting all that McLaren power right now, not in a year or two.

For those type of buyers, Hennessey Performance has an 800-horsepower McLaren kit in store. Hennessey offers the same HPE800 Twin Turbo kit that it recently outfitted to the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 on the McLaren MP4-12C.

As Hennessey chief dog John Hennessey describes it, "I spent a lot of time around the new 12C at the 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed and was very impressed. We're excited to have the opportunity to take a great car and give it our own special performance touch while giving 12C owners a uniquely aggressive appearance."

In addition to a power boost of around 200 horses, the Hennessey package includes an aerodynamic-shaped carbon fiber bodykit, Monoblock wheels, Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, and the ubiquitous leather, Alcantara and carbon interior upgrades.

Hennessey deemed that McLaren's suspension and brakes are plenty sufficient, so it has not tuned either system.

There isn't a price on this one yet, but if you consider the $235,000 price of the HPE800 Twin Turbo Jeep and the $229,000 price of the stock MP4-12C, you can formulate an idea.
