MagnaFlow has partnered with race legend Mario Andretti to create a one-of-a-kind 2011 Chevrolet Camaro SS, which will go on display next week at the Special Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show in Las Vegas before being auctioned off for charity early next year.

The Camaro SS, donated by Chevrolet and packed with a number of performance upgrades donated by other partners, will be auctioned off at the Barrett-Jackson 2012 Scottsdale auction in Arizona early next year.

All proceeds from the sale will go to help the Wounded Warrior Project, a charitable organization aimed at helping soldiers who have suffered life-altering injuries.

In addition to a high-performance MagnaFlow exhaust system, the custom Camaro also sports 20-inch HRE alloy wheels shod with Pirelli tires and housing Brembo brakes. Other performance upgrades include a Magnuson supercharger, Eibach suspension, a full Street Scene carbon fiber bodykit and an ACT clutch.

At the conclusion of the build, the custom Camaro was inspected and then driven by Mario Andretti at the Nashville Super Speedway, where he put it through its paces into triple digit speeds. The car was then deemed worthy of the Mario Andretti Edition moniker.
