Among the many turbocharged tuner cars and monster-truck four-wheelers crowding the SEMA showfloor next week, there will be a cadre of Lincoln MKS sedans, suitably modified but standing somewhat back from the extremism of the rest of the show. Three of the cars will be on display, each offering a focus on a different aspect of the MKS' broad appeal.

First up is the MKS by 3dCarbon. With a design centered around a 'Euro Series' styling kit and large multi-spoke alloy wheels, the 3dCarbon car takes a fairly reserved angle on the MKS, but brings some German flair to it at the same time. With a full front, side and rear body kit plus a deck lid spoiler, the body kit manages a rather significant transformation of the MKS's swooping curves, adding a bit more bite, especially at the front end.

Next is the MKS by Godfather Customs. Like the 3dCarbon car, the Godfather MKS uses 22" multi-spoke alloys to give the car some presence, but then slams the car to the ground, tucking the huge wheels in at the tops of the wheel wells. Inside, the focus is on OEM-level integration of the audio and video systems, which feature an additional three screens. These screens allow the rear-seat passengers access to the nav system as well as providing for entertainment possibilities. The audio system, made with Excelon components for impressive sound, is also controllable through the OEM inputs.

Finally, we have the MKS by RKSport. Taking a more dramatic approach than the other two in terms of exterior design, the RKSport car adds two vents to the MKS' hood, an aggressive front air dam, large alloy wheels and painted brake calipers. The car's theme is 'personalized driving', focusing on a convergence of performance and luxury.

More details and high-resolution photos of each car will be revealed during the 2008 SEMA Auto Show, which kicks off Nov 4. For more on the 2009 Lincoln MKS, read our review of the car here.
