Video: BMW’s new 1-series coupe

When the first blurry images of the new 1-series coupe turned up we were a bit disappointed and thought the car looked out of proportion. However, this latest video has put our fears to rest and gives us a preview of how the new 1-series will look out on the road.

  Yet another waisted opportunity at reviving legendary 2002 nameplate since this design strikes purely blanks....just note those 1991 Hyundai Elantra tail lights....it's a shame...

  Agree. Am I the only one that thinks that buying this BMW 1 series coupe screams *hey, look at me, I'm a total BMW snob but I can't afford the 3 series!*?

  I can see where you\'re coming from Hector, but the combination of a TT 6-cyl engine, light weight, and RWD should make this a drivers car. I don\'t care about the snob factor - this should be a hoot to drive and around the same price as an Audi TT.

  what are you talking about ... seems like you are the one that have some kind of image issue bud. Some people actually admire and like smaller cars, not because ofn thier nameplate guy. check yourself
