The updated model is expected to go on sale in the second half of the year as a 2010 model but with a brand new Range Rover due in 2011 the changes planned for this latest facelift will be minimal. These will include a new grille and bumper design, as well as new headlights and a slightly revamped interior.
While no major mechanical updates are planned, there may be an introduction of the same 5.0L V8 engine that was introduced in the 2010 Jaguar XF and XK. This engine is also expected to appear in the facelifted Range Rover Sport and LR3 (Discovery 3). A 3.0L V6 turbodiesel to replace the current 2.7L unit is also likely.

They keep facelifting it for 20+ years already. Technology updated, looks forgotten. IMO

After a recent management meeting Land Rover Disclosed to Dealers that the 2010MY Range rover is being released in september 2009, different bumpers, lights, center console, dash board (major overhaul of technology and design), 5.0 S/C petrol engine available alongside 3.6 TDV8 Diesel,
Also new news being Discovery 4 is being released at the same time with the new 3.0 TDV6 and 2.7 TDV6 engines with no petrol for the UK, new seats, dashboard, and center console, no revisions to body were released.
And Range Rover Sport May be loosing the 3.6 TDV8 in favour of the 3.0 TDV6 as it is more economical and just as quick as the previous option, the 2.7 TDV6 will stay and also she recieves the 5.0 S/C Petrol engine option
