2011 audi a5 Professional Edmunds ReviewSource: Edmunds...Every coupe comes standard with all-wheel drive; a six-speed manual transmission is standard and the eight-speed automatic is optional. In performance testing, an all-wheel-drive A5 Coupe with the six-speed manual went from zero to 60 mph in 6.6 seconds. The performance from the car when equipped with the eight-speed automatic should be about the same, which is impressive given the A5's excellent fuel economy. EPA estimates with all-wheel drive and the automatic stand at 21 mpg city/29 mpg highway and 24 mpg combined, with the manual getting a slight bump up to 21/31/25. The front-wheel-drive... |

2011 Audi A5 OverviewSource: CarGurus...direction and offering plenty of support during spirited driving.Audi has priced the 2011 A5 coupe right alongside its BMW and Infiniti competition. A5 cabriolet's are on par with the G37 convertible, and both cost substantially less than the metal-roof 3 Series drop-top. The Audi has the advantage, however, in feature content. All A5s get standard leather seats, dual-zone electronic climate control, a 180-watt stereo with MP3 capability and satellite radio, and 18-inch alloy wheels shod with all-season tires. An optional Premium Plus package includes xenon headlights, heated seats, a third... |

2011 Audi A5: Flash DriveSource: MSN Autos...but once the A5 is moving, the broad torque curve of the turbo 4-cylinder combined with the 8-speed automatic delivers plenty of power whenever you need it. And it does so with great fuel economy — 24 mpg combined. The interior quality is what you would expect from Audi, and everything in the cockpit is oriented toward the driver. The Audi A5 2.0 TFSI is one of those cars that is very easy to get comfortable with. I'd love to drive it every day. –Mike MeredithWith its large grille and curvy lines, the A5 embodies a new look for Audi. Our bright red test car added a level of sportiness... |

2011 Audi A5 Professional Cars.com ReviewSource: Cars.com...Could it be a little bit more luxurious for its as-tested $40,000 price tag? Perhaps, especially around the doors, but overall I was focused on the stylish gauges, the sophisticated entertainment and navigation system, and the road, as a driver should be. Those features also make up for the two small rear seats, which are nearly impossible to use. One drawback, though, is getting in and out. The A5 is a step better than the Chevy Corvette in terms of having to fold your body to get in and out of it, but that's not much of a compliment. More extreme sports cars are easier to jump into than the... |

Four-seat convertibles can be split into two groups: soft-tops and folding hardtops.
The Audi A5 Cabriolet’s German kin include the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet, which also chooses a soft top over a folding hardtop to keep complexity down.
The remaining vehicles are offered as hardtop convertibles, and the BMW 3-Series Convertible has one of the more pleasing shapes, to go with its tenacious handling.
Both Japanese convertibles are relatively new to the field; the Infiniti’s top-down looks seem superior, while the Lexus’ interior room may offer a bit more space.
