2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible
According to materials sent to Chevrolet dealers, the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible will be arriving in dealerships next March. Not too far off from our earlier prediction of the car arriving in February.
That means production will begin sometime between January and March. Same for the pricing announcement, although we already know the base price will be around $30,000 for a V-6 model.
As we reported before, we expect the 2011 Camaro Convertible to have the same 312-horsepower V-6 and 426-horsepower V-8 powertrains as the coupe, and be available with both six-speed manual and automatic transmissions. More details will be forthcoming when General Motors formally unveils the car next month at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
