The luxury brands have converged on a model for success, and for all the vehicles mentioned here, there's a choice of engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and body styles.
The Mercedes-Benz C-Class and the Lexus iS are the most conservatively styled in the group, with sedate, well-finished interiors-and a wild side in their respective C63 and IS-F forms.
