im looking to buy o.z. wave rims for my 2011 lancer es, and i noticed that they only do two sizes, 17 inch and 18 inch. the tires on my car are p205/60r 16, and i would like to know is there any way...

there only the one engine for the lancer evo available in the U.S. but in the U.K. there are 3 different options. which are all more powerful. is there any way to have those options in the states?
