The illustrious Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills is no stranger to exotic cars. But this matte-black Lamborghini Veneno Roadster likely turned a few well-heeled heads during its recent trip down the legendary street.

Only nine Veneno Roadster models—along with three hardtops—were sold to a select crowd of Lamborghini enthusiasts, so calling them rare is a bit of an understatement. The initial price was $4.5 million, but post release, we've seen figures as high as $7.5 million.

YouTube user SouthBayExotics posted the footage of the 740-horsepower, 6.5-liter V-12 stalking the street, and while we'd prefer to see it engaging the afterburners, watching it tool along like a normal vehicle is simply surreal. California doesn't issue temporary tags, so the lack plates indicates the car was likely registered recently.

That said? We can't imagine the owner is worried about such pesky details.

What the next low-volume, million-dollar Lamborghini will look like—or even what it will be called—is still a mystery to mere mortals. But when we see video of it, so will you. Stay tuned.
