The new movie Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice isn’t due in theaters for a couple of years but one of its star attractions has been revealed—no, not Wonder Woman—the new Batmobile. We’ve already been given a few glimpses of Batman's latest ride during its development, but now director Zack Snyder has revealed the completed design. As a bonus, there are also some shots of it taken during filming.

The vehicle is definitely more of an athletic buggy than the famous Tumbler from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy, but it looks like it will still pack some heavy artillery. It also features the massive wheels that appear to be coming a requisite for all future Batmobiles.

Plot details for Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice are yet to be released but we do know it follows on from 2013’s Man of Steel, with Henry Cavill set to reprise the role of Superman. Batman, meanwhile, will be played by Ben Affleck while Wonder Woman will be played by Israeli actress and model Gal Gadot.

The movie isn’t set for release in the U.S. until March 25, 2016. That means we probably have a few more months of teasers ahead of us until the first official trailers hit. Still, the wait should be worth it (for comic book fans, at least) because this film is helping to round out and establish the DC Universe, which includes the Justice League movie being shot simultaneously.
