Chris Harris has joined the likes of racing driver Brendon Hartley and actor George Clooney to be among the first to have driven the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Fortunately for us, Harris was kind enough to put together a video of his day behind the wheel of Stuttgart’s latest track special for his YouTube channel.

He drives the car on some German back roads and then on an unrestricted section of the autobahn. Finally, he heads to Porsche’s own test track in Weissach for some proper high-speed fun. He’s clearly enamored by the car’s huge rear wing and wide stance but it seems that he’s most impressed with the way you can just fling the car around corners without it getting unsettled.

The new GT3 RS made its world debut at 2015 Geneva Motor Show and is coming to local showrooms in July, priced from $176,895 with shipping. It packs a new 4.0-liter flat-six engine good for 500 horsepower and 338 pound-feet of torque, paired up with a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission.

According to Harris, no other car comes close to matching its speed or fun factor for the money Porsche’s asking for it.
