Two years ago the Lee Iacocca special-edition of the 45th Anniversary Mustang hit the streets, and the first example raised $125,000 for charity. Now Iacocca's selling his personal ride for another benefit.

The winning bidder will not only get the father of the Mustang's personal chariot, but lunch with the man as well. Benefits from the auction will go to Keep Memory Alive, an organization that raises awareness and supports research toward the cure of Alzheimers, Parkinson's, ALS, Huntington's disease and other disorders that affect the memory.

Bidding starts at $80,000. Getting north of the six-figure mark should be easy with Iacocca's celebrity stamp on the car.

The Iacocca Silver 45th Anniversary Edition Mustang wears a special coat of paint, unique wheels, sunken headlights, unique grille, and lowered ride height. Unlike the newest Mustangs, however, the car still gets its power from the older 4.6-liter V-8 rated at 320 horsepower or a supercharged version at 400 horsepower.
