Complete with matching colors and the Maserati Trident, the Audemars Piguet Millenary MC12 Tourbillon Chronograph is a fine Swiss watch modeled after the Italian Maserati MC12 Corse.

Like most car-themed watches, it's not readily apparent exactly what the two have to do with each other aside from the color scheme. With the open clockwork both front and rear, however, a closer investigation reveals that both are highly intricate, precision machines. The road-going Maserati MC12, famously painted in white and blue, was the homologation car for the FIA GT1 competitive MC12 race car.

Like the MC12 itself, the watch is definitely an impressive piece of design and construction, but the most astounding feature of the Audemars Piguet timepiece is its price: about $315,000, or more than double the price of the Gran Turismo S.
