Reluctant Purchaser Liking the New VanSource: MSN Autos...Overall: I thought I'd hate the minivan but in fact find it comfortable, versitile and have no regrets. As for style, hey its a minivan. You have to accept it. I'm glad we didn't get a bigger SUV. We wanted a full-size van which limits the universe of vehicles. We had pretty much settled on the Toyota Sienna when the 05 caravans came out. We test drove and sure enough the seating lived up to the advertisements. Easy to store all the seats and there's cargo space to spare when they're all up. Value was the deciding factor. We got the Grand Caravan SXT with every option available including... |

better than SiennaSource: MSN Autos...The latter also had too many ridiculous options packages. The Toyota was more luxurious and drove like a Lexus. The Honda has a European car handling and feel and I like it much better. The sound system on the Honda is much better than the Toyota. The Honda engine is also more agile and powerful. Cons: Wish it had standard all wheel drive. The lazy susan is worthless. The trunk door does not close properly and others have had the same problem. Overall: Highly recommended... |

Sienna Limited, well worth the price!Source: MSN Autos...Our only desire once we got the van was that a passenger power seat be available and that was added to the 2005 model. We are a young 30 something family and it is perfectly suited to us. We were going to go the SUV route because of the label of minivan owner but we are sure glad we went with the Sienna. Even when we get the babysitter for some "adult" time, our friends with no kids and "cool" cars wanna ride with us. Ratings I have read list the Sienna limited worthy of the Lexus label........we agree! Cons: I am 34 and it IS a minivan. That's it! Overall: The limited adds extra performance... |
