Wish I had the Money to Buy One NewSource: MSN Autos...The car has the same engine as the early model celicas and camrys but, because of the engine configuration and the car's light weight, you get better performance. Overall: I also own a 2002 Celica GT-S, which I purchased new, but the MR2 is still my favorite. This model came out when I was in college and I instantly knew this was the car for me. 2000 Celica GTSource: MSN Autos...It's definately not a weak sounding engine. Not high pitched either. My only beef is the seats, I'm starting to get used to them but there isn't much lower back support. I get a kink in the back for longer drives (2+ hours). The seat is adjustable for height, which helps a lot. Power windows, doorlocks, air conditioning, keyless entry and doorlock entry all standard. Lots of great items for the price. Some people mention rattling of the interior, which is true on mine but only from the back deck privacy cover on rough roads. Smooth roads it's a smooth quiet ride... |
