The Ultimate Mid-size Sedan - 2004 Camry XLESource: MSN Autos...I like the safety features - all of the airbags - front, side, curtain and also in back seat. I can't say enough great things about this car. Cons: None. Overall: I bought this car second hand from a Honda dealer. It had 29000 miles on it. I tried to not let the sales person see my excitement when he told me that there was a Camry that was just brought in because having owned both Honda and Toyota, I have found that the Toyota has a lot more features for the money than does the Honda. I have owned Toyotas since the 70s. I was thrilled to get this car used as I could never own it new with all... |

EXCELLENT VEHICLE.Source: MSN Autos...I am currently getting close to 40 mpg fwy and 35+ in town. First time we own a Camry. Car looks great, handles well and accelerates well into the high mountains of Puerto Rico. All of the electronics are good quality. A BIG plus to the "hands free" phone feature is very convienent. The safety features that come with it actually caused my insurance to be lower and saved some $$$.$$.This car is very well built and it is better than any other car that I have owned. Cons: Trunk is about half the size of non-hybrid version. Overall: Overall this car is great. The ride, safety features, mileage... |

Luxury and Gas Mileage - WOW!Source: MSN Autos...I've had the car for a month now and it is averaging 36+ MPG in town and almost 600 miles per tank. Below 40 mph per hour, it goes into stealth mode and runs all electric. Great vehicle! Cons: While it doesn't have the zing in acceleration that my 2005 V6 gas Camry did, it has more than enough get up and go to handle itself in traffic. Once you get on the highway, it runs with the best of them. Overall: This is my second Camry (as a company vehicle) and I won't do anything else. We were given the choice of the gas Camry, the hybrid or a Pontiac G8 and I definitely made the right decision with... |

nice vehicle-so far. Knock on wod.Source: MSN Autos
...Pros: I bought this vehicle with 140 k miles. The front end wobbled/hopped-slightly, which showed up in the steering wheel, and transmitted a wobble to my body while driving. |

Except in sporty SE trim, the 2009 Toyota Camry has perhaps the softest, most comfort-oriented ride among mid-size sedans.
The 2009 Chevrolet Malibu, however, also emphasizes ride quality and comfort, and it has more distinctive styling, equivalent performance, and more impressive materials and quality.
The Malibu also includes electronic stability control on all of its models except the base LT.
The new-for-2009 Accord has—compared to the Camry—a stunning interior, especially in the more expensive V-6 models.
The Fusion and Altima have a sportier driving feel but are a little smaller inside.
The Volkswagen Passat is another good alternative to the Camry—especially with the base 2.0T four-cylinder engine—but beware of spotty reliability.
