A true legendSource: MSN Autos...Fairly heavy car but still handles very well in tight cornering. Great bose sound system. This is my second legend. Totalled a '91 with 198k miles that still ran great. Cons: Slightly rough shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. High insurance cost Overall: Great every day car. I love to drive it and will use any excuse to. Most people who don't know that the legend was discontinued in '95 are always shocked to learn that my car is 10 years old. The only problems I had were a window that wouldn't roll down and the power antenna sticks. This is a masterpiece of engineering. Too bad it got discontinued... |

Ol' FaithfulSource: Cars.com...The factory audio system is poor and the controls hard to operate while driving. It's not a sporty car either with slow acceleration (could be due to mileage on my car). The interior is all plastic and everything feels lightweight and cheap, including the doors which have to be shut hard to seat themselves properly. Also, having been driving a car with automatic headlights, it's a pain to remember to turn all the lights on and off.In conclusion, if you're on a strict budget and want a reliable vehicle with good fuel economy, or looking to get your first car, give this model a look. If you're... |

Clydesdale in DisguiseSource: Cars.com...SLT was the top of the line in '95, we added Kelderman Air Suspension for towing. It has performed on every tasked we have asked of it. It is a truck, as such, it handles like one. It has spent it's life on the highway running 55mph for the most part, towing or hauling. At 205 thousand miles it still has 200 thousand left in her. Only major repairs has been to replace the starter and radiator. Looking forward to purchasing a 2010 Ram Dually diesel. The '95? It's a keeper, it has given us too many fun miles to be put out to pasture."... |
